Rules 2021
This event is open to solo bicycles; tandems; recumbents, velomobiles and trikes. No e-bikes.
Riders shall follow the route.
A following vehicle is not allowed. The cyclist is however allowed to receive assistance from the people going with the car at the Control Points.
Wearing a helmet is mandatory when riding.
Traffic laws must be followed.
Bike lights and reflective vest is mandatory when riding in the dark or in other low visibility conditions. We also recommend a reflective band around the ankles in the dark.
A fixie has to be equipped with external brakes.
